Certified Nursing Assistants

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide hands-on patient care that is fundamental to healthcare delivery. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses, our CNAs ensure patients receive compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland
  • Listed on the Maryland Nurse Aide Registry
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Clean background check and drug screening
  • Minimum 6 months clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
  • Take and record vital signs accurately
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort at all times
  • Assist with patient transfers and ambulation
  • Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
  • Document care provided according to facility standards
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
