Registered Nurses

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland
- BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Specialty certifications valued (CCRN, CEN, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform complex clinical procedures and interventions
- Supervise and delegate to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
- Provide patient and family education on disease management
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Respond to emergencies and lead code blue teams when required
